BOXES: polystyrene boxes (60x40x40 cm), if you will give them back to us = no charges, if you will not give them back to us = 5-7€/box

GUARANTEE: We guarantee to you that the animals arrived to your place alive and healthy!!!

RECLAMATION: Only on delivery! on shipments by plane till 24 hours! any others reclamations couldn't be accepted!!!

PAYMENT: cash on delivery, advance payment in case of air transport
